Order Cancellation Policy

At Revora Bloom, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. As our pieces are handmade and require time to prepare, we have a specific cancellation window. Please review our policy before placing your order.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge. After this period, your order may have entered processing or preparation and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
To request a cancellation within this window, please email support@revorabloom.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
Once approved, any applicable refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Standard Orders
For standard, ready-to-ship items, cancellations are accepted within the 12-hour cancellation window only.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order pieces are prepared specifically according to the customer's selected size, colour, design, or other specifications.
Because these pieces are created especially for you, custom or made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or production has begun, regardless of the time elapsed since placing the order.

After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Any concerns after dispatch will be handled according to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
If We Need to Cancel Your Order
In the rare event that Revora Bloom needs to cancel an order due to product availability, production issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible.
A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days where applicable.
