At Revora Bloom, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your pieces reach you safely and in the best possible condition. As our pieces are thoughtfully handmade, some orders may require additional preparation time.

Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase. For handmade, custom, or made-to-order pieces, processing time may vary depending on production requirements.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on location, courier service, and customs clearance. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to public holidays, weather, or customs delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us at support@revorabloom.com within 48 hours with order details and photos of the damaged package.

At Revora Bloom, every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care. We inspect each order before dispatch to make sure it reaches you in optimal condition.

Return Eligibility

We accept return and exchange requests submitted within 5 days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• The item is in its original condition with all tags intact.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
• Custom or made-to-order pieces created with specific measurements or personalized requests.
• Items returned after the 5-day window.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the issue at support@revorabloom.com.
